Byrne Creek Tour for members new and old

Hi Byrne Creekers,

We had an amazing turnout at our volunteer recruitment event recently.

The next step is to start getting boots on the ground.

We will offer a creek tour on Saturday March 7. This will also be an opportunity for a very short meeting to catch up on any necessary business, so we will NOT have a regular March meeting. 

Let's aim for a 9:30am start time. It will be about a 2-1/2 hour walk. This event will go rain or shine, so dress for the weather.

We'll meet at Ron McLean Park on Rumble St., just east of Griffiths Dr. If you'd like GPS coordinates, the townhouse complex next to the park is 6770 Rumble St. There are washrooms at the park. 

There is some parking at the park, and on Hedley. 

And Edmonds Skytrain station is less than a ten-minute walk.
